Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds if you open a dispute. Your funds will be held.

Refund Policy

We trust our products 100%. We do our best every day to make you happy and put a smile on your face by using our service. But we understand that our IPTV subscription plans do not always work perfectly for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you have a problem that we cannot solve and that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to offer a refund.

How do I request a refund?

Please include your transaction order ID with the subject: “Refund Request”, and describe in your email the issues you are experiencing and the reason for this request.
For any reason, you must provide us with evidence, and we will also send you proof of our work and the things we notice and need to show you in order to explain our perspective and our decision in a more detailed and transparent way.

Please understand and accept that we cannot offer refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to properly try to resolve them and assist you. If we are unable to solve your problem within 48 hours, we will offer a refund.

Refunds can only be issued within 72 hours from the date of purchase. After 72 hours, no refunds can be processed.

If you paid by credit card, refunds are normally processed and the funds are returned to the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 business days.

However, there may be cases where a refund takes longer to process, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these timeframes or delays. We are not the payment provider, only the IPTV service provider.

We will only provide a full refund for purchases made within 72 hours. All other refund requests will be partially refunded based on the period of the subscription that has already been used. The Infinitystream support team will contact users in all refund cases.

Note: Each refund usually takes between 20 to 90 business days to be completed, and we have no control over shortening this period. Our payment processors handle all refund requests. We will do our best to refund users immediately after receiving the request and verifying the user’s information.


We will not issue refunds or partial refunds if:

  • The customer is not satisfied with the channel lineup or performance.

  • We recommend that every customer tries a trial before purchasing a package of 1 to 12 months.

  • When the user is unable to configure their own box and system on their side:
    We will provide our best support to help configure their boxes, devices, apps, and systems in all cases where assistance is needed. The reason is that we do not know the exact circumstances of the box, devices, or system, etc. Our support is limited to predefined steps for device configuration.

  • If certain channels freeze, buffer, or do not work sometimes:
    Although almost all of our servers are stable, some channels may occasionally freeze or stop working for various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our expert technicians are always working to fix them.

Most of these issues are temporary and are caused by the following reasons:

  • The customer’s internet fluctuations.

  • Issues with the box/apps or the customer’s setup in general.

  • The customer’s ISP is experiencing a problem.

  • The channel is down from the server side.

  • The customer changes their mind and wants to cancel/switch between servers.

  • Server updates/restarts on our side (weekly maintenance is necessary).

If a user/customer is unable to watch their IPTV subscription plan for more than 48 hours due to server issues or any other problem caused by us, we will fully refund the package price or add all lost time to your subscription for free plus an additional bonus that we can agree on together.
